These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RunRun ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App displays running data recorded by Apple Watch, Strava, Nike Run Club, and other apps that sync with Apple Health, allowing you to compete with other users through rankings.

2. Account

Using the App requires account registration through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for properly managing your account information.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Registering or transmitting false data
• Harassment or nuisance behavior toward other users
• Interfering with the operation of the App
• Unauthorized access or reverse engineering
• Any activity that violates laws or public order

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." The developer assumes no responsibility for:

• Any damages arising from use of the App
• Loss or corruption of data
• Service interruptions or outages
• Accuracy of health data

5. Service Changes and Termination

The developer may change the content of or discontinue the App without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer.

7. Changes to Terms

The developer may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms will take effect upon notification within the App or publication on this page.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
